What We Do
At En Route Biotherapeutics, we have a bold vision that a cure for cancer is within reach, by bridging innovation, technological advances, and practicality to address the fundamental challenges in immunotherapy. To address the poor expansion and persistence of the CAR-T cells, we aim to develop a first-in-class, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy derived from cord blood cells for the treatment of T-cell malignancies — a large, underserved patient population with critically unmet medical needs.
